With many years of catering experience both locally and abroad, Alan and his team of dedicated professionals will ensure that every detail of your special occasion is executed to your exacting specification. Based on the foundation that good food is produced from only good ingredients, absolutely no compromise is made with our raw materials. We pride ourselves on using only the finest meat, fish, poultry and fresh produce available on the Irish market.
Working from purpose built premises in county Mayo that are HACCP compliant, and adhere to the strictest of hygiene policies, Food on the move produces a wide variety of menus and dishes to suite all tastes and requirements.
All prepared foods are transported in temperature controlled vehicles, all vehicle conditions are monitored on a daily basis and maintained in accordance with HACCP food legislation.
